How Long Do The Orders Take To Ship?
All the items handled and made through the site are checked on their quality before mailed/shipped to the consumer, we’re a small business, and at times shipping and processing can take a moment, and we apologize for that but the usual time frame on the orders are within 1-14 business days to complete and be processed before being shipped.
Holiday orders time frame vary and could take longer as well as high demand months ( September-February ) . What this means is that there is a possibility that your order could be delayed up to 4 additional weeks if not more . Once the orders are finalized, you will receive an email to confirm your shipment and tracking number via USPS. Rest assured everything is automatic and all orders accounted for . Please note that once orders are in processing refunds cannot be made.
Socks/Stickers are normally shipped within 2-3 business days . If back ordered it could take longer
Where’s My Pre-order?
Although we do apologize for this inconvenience usually things that are pre-ordered from our site, can possibly take up to 2-6 weeks to be processed. If any issues do follow up within shipment and handling we will immediately contact you, and discuss options and solutions or even reward you with an on the house gift.
Do We Ship Internationally?
Yes, we do
But, due to international shipping we’ve learned that every country is different on their regulations on outside shipment. Packages shipped within the US or even overseas are not granted or guaranteed once the package has been given to USPS. Once handed over thing’s will be under their management and handling. How Much Is Shipping ?
Shipping items can vary on the package, the weight of the package, and even the distance due to USPS policies. Additional fees depend on the laws of the country the buyer resigns. Typically the normal shipping amount in the U.S. is within the range of $0-5, while international shipping is approximately $15-$25.
Is Free Shipping Offered?
Yes, orders in the U.S over $200 and international orders that are over $150 are free of charge.
Return & Exchange Policy
Any items that are returned must be unused and in NEW condition. Any returns and issues that are along with any of our orders we request that you please get back to us, inform us on the issue or return and we will provide you with further information from there on in regards to your return. Any exchanges will be shipped at your cost. The shipping costs will NOT be refunded. *Any order, domestic or international, that is returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for reshipment of the package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange.
Sales are final on discounted items and cannot be returned.
What Happens If I Don’t Receive My Package?
If the package was sent to the address that the customer provided and was not delivered it is not the responsibility of the sender to correct the matter. We will not refund your purchase.
If the package gets returned we will send you an email and handle it on a case by case basis.
Every item is measured by hand. Please see the size charts on each of the individual items prior to purchasing to ensure you are choosing the right size. Please note that each item is measured flat- not on a model. Therefore, the measurements do not take in to consideration that the garment stretch. We suggest you compare the size chart measurements to your favorite pieces in our own collection as opposed to measuring your body.
Once orders are processed and through the manufacture they cannot be cancelled .Orders can however be cancelled within 7 days of you placing the order (unless the are already processed , sealed and shipped). After there will be a 10% restocking fee in the case of an emergency
